David’s keen eye for risk assessment and adherence to exacting standards were pivotal in overseeing critical operations with a steadfast commitment to safety, complemented by comprehensive training and outreach efforts to enhance team capabilities.

One of the earlier professional roles David Nardone held was as a Facilities Manager for Derby Public Schools. During this time, David managed several critical functions and projects within the company. David successfully managed a $31M new school construction project, delivering it on time and within budget. He ensured OSHA compliance by setting high safety standards and overseeing operations.

As a highly decorated professional, David Nardone has held many other roles over the years. His other roles include Senior Property Manager (Guardian Management Co. Inc.), Senior Building Manager (Mack-Cali Realty Company), and Maintenance Supervisor (Marriott Corporation).

David Nardone possesses extensive expertise, showcasing a proven capacity to optimize operational efficiencies, mitigate risks, and achieve concrete financial results. He is proficient in conflict resolution and mechanical troubleshooting and excels in budget management and spearheading cost-saving endeavors. David is hardworking and adaptable, willing to take change as it comes, and provides assistance whenever needed.

Beyond his professional endeavors, David Nardone makes time to volunteer. One cause that has always been near and dear to David’s heart is greyhound welfare. In 2002, he worked as the Director of Operations for Greyhound Pets of America, where he helped place retired racing hounds and raise funds to support them. For over twenty years, David worked as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Pups Without Partners Inc. In this role, he continued finding homes for retired racing greyhounds while seeking funding to further the organization’s mission.
